Lead Enrichment and Scoring
Give your sales team full account context and clear priorities before the first call.
Your reps shouldn't spend their mornings checking LinkedIn, company websites and funding news. We implement automated enrichment pipelines with Clay and n8n that fill in company, tech-stack and buying-signal data as leads arrive. Every account gets a score for fit and intent, so your team spends its time on the deals most likely to close.

What you own
Without good data, every lead looks the same.
Empty records slow things down.
Forms capture only a name and email, so reps either qualify blind or wait before reaching out.
Hours lost to manual research.
Reps look up headcount, tech stack and leadership changes by hand before every call.
No clear priorities.
Without a scoring model, your best-fit buyers sit in the same queue as poor-fit leads.
What we deliver.
A clear ideal customer profile
Your best customer groups turned into clear, measurable rules for company, tech stack and role.
Multi-source enrichment
Clay and n8n workflows that try your main data source first and fall back to others, to find more data for less money.
Scores reps understand
A transparent score that combines fit with live buying signals, so reps see why an account is a priority.
Signal alerts
Instant alerts for new leaders, hiring spikes, funding rounds and visits to key pages, sent to the account owner.
Clean CRM write-back
Checked, consistent fields and score details written to HubSpot or Salesforce to drive routing and reports.
Lower data costs
Cheaper sources are checked first and results are reused, so you don't pay twice for the same data.

Do we need a paid Clay plan to work with you?
Clay is often the fastest way to combine several data sources, but we don't depend on any one tool. Depending on your volume and budget, we often implement the pipelines in n8n and connect straight to data provider APIs.
How does using several data sources improve quality and cost?
No single provider covers every region or industry well. We check your cheapest good source first and only ask more expensive ones when a field is still missing. You get better coverage for much less.
How do we avoid scores that reps ignore?
We never hide how a score is made. Every record shows a plain-language reason, for example 'Tier A fit · Hiring RevOps · Visited pricing page', so reps see the context right away.
How do you stay GDPR compliant?
We only process business contact data from compliant providers, apply suppression lists and document where each piece of data comes from for your legal team.
