Workflow Automation with n8n, Make and APIs

Replace manual handoffs and fragile scripts with automation that is monitored and reliable.

Most companies already pay for good software, such as a CRM, ERP, billing, ticketing and analytics. Yet data still moves between them by copy and paste or by undocumented zaps that break. We implement dependable workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier, with automatic retries, failure alerts and full documentation, so your operations keep running.

What you own

The problem

Fragile integrations hide real business risk.

  • Data typed in by hand.

Every won deal, new customer or support escalation means someone updates several systems by hand.

  • Automations that fail quietly.

Quick automations break when an API or field changes, and nobody notices until a customer or invoice is missed.

  • No documentation and no owner.

Critical business logic is spread across dozens of unmonitored workflows created by former staff or contractors.

FAQ

Workflow automation questions.

How do we choose between n8n, Make and Zapier?

It depends on your volume, privacy needs and your team's skills. Zapier suits simple, low-volume triggers. Make gives visual control at medium scale. n8n, in the cloud or on your own servers, gives the most flexibility and is much cheaper at high volume.

Can you stabilize automations created by a previous provider?

Yes. Many projects start by untangling old Zapier or Make accounts: removing duplicate tasks, adding proper error handling and documenting how data really moves through your company.

What happens if another company's API goes down?

Every workflow we deliver handles errors: it retries automatically after short outages, logs the data and sends an alert to a Slack channel or inbox right away.

Can our own team maintain the workflows?

Yes. You own all accounts and workflows, and every project includes diagrams, notes and a live training session for your operations or IT team.
